DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give them no stars based on their false advertising, I ordered and paid for expedited processing, I figured based on the reviews and their 60 day money back guarantee return for any reason I’d take chance to get on time. This is bad business and not what they advertise. My order was placed and CONFIRMED on 10/02/2024 (confirmed email and money removed from my bank account - not what they noted below on 10/4) the website says 1 BUSINESS DAY for Priority shipping, they didn't even create the label until 10/7/24 and it did not leave the facility for another 2 days, If it would have been processed in a timely manner, what I paid for, it would have been received in time. So when I returned from my trip I emailed for a return label and they told my reason was not acceptable see response below. I have emailed them 3 more times, none of what they said below is listed on the site nor have I received a response. We are sorry to hear about the turn of events. We understand the urgency in receiving the parcel earlier than indicated. The delivery timeframe we indicated in our website is anytime within 7-14 business days. Our 60- days money guarantee applies if we fail to meet what we promise. This includes the delivery timeframe, dissatisfaction and defects in the product. Your order was made on October 4 and was delivered on October 17 which was only 10 business days. This means that the initial reason for return does not qualify to our return and refund policy. As a small business, we carefully manage our shipping and handling costs, and therefore, we cannot process returns for products that were correctly ordered and delivered as requested. The Worst customer service ever
The Worst customer service ever! I ordered a complete set to take on my trip to Europe . I told the company upfront the day I would be leaving and that if it wasn’t going to be delivered by then to please cancel my order. Well of course it arrived after I had left. When I returned I tried to send it back and get a refund. They told me No that it was delivered within the time frame of company policy. I even explained that I would no longer be traveling so had no need for it. They pretty much said “ too bad” ! The sad thing is I even contacted them before I left and said I could get it thru Amazon in 1 day. They said it wasn’t possible that they didn’t sell thru them. I sent them a picture of the ad. Of course no response! Would not recommend doing business with this company!

Worst customer service. Not accredited by the BBB as i would surely report them. Highly recommend not purchasing from them. Will not take a return of unused items. Bogus return policy.

Stay far, far away
I purchased the neck pillow, ear plugs, and anti-theft bag. Upon receiving the items, I did not think they were of good quality, especially the “anti-theft” bag, which was very poorly made. I decided to return it. It took 2 emails to reach someone from customer service to confirm that I could return the package, Flyhugz does not provide a return receipt so I had to pay ~$20 for the return. I was offered to keep the product for 40% off but did not accept. I followed up 2-3 times by email and they requested that I send them a receipt of the return with the tracking number, and so I did. Checking Canada Post, it says they received the package on September 19. It has now been a month and no credit has been received. I sent another email again because it has been 1 week since I sent my proof of return receipt. It is very hard to reach this company, I would stay away from purchasing their products as there are numerous reasons not to purchase their products. I believed it to be a scam since there would be no follow up unless I pestered them, a ton of red flags!

I ordered 2 pillows on 09/26/2024. Paid for priority shipping instead of free shipping. I reached out to company 2 weeks later as the tracking info showed that only the label was created. Was advised that it may have been shipped but they would try to cancel. Get back home from my 2 week trip. Product still not here and no refund (so order wasn't canceled). I've reached out 2 more times and still not answer, product, or refund.
