By far the best neck pillow I have ever used. So comfortable and I had the best sleep ever on the plane.

I ordered flyHugz neck pillow after seeing their ad on the FB for my daughter. After ordering i came across several negative reviews saying it is a scam , they wont't deliver etc. I became so skeptical and started chasing them by email. To my surprise all my emails are dealt with priority and the product was delivered on the date they promised. My daughter who is currently touring in Japan used it during her travel and she is extremely happy and recommending to buy flyhugz for everyone in the family. Thank you FLYHUGz. I really don't know why there are negative comments. Trust me you wont regret. I am a happy customer of FlyHugz from Australia .

DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW! They would not return it and give me ANY money back even though it came AFTER I left for my trip and I never opened it. The customer service was HORRIBLE. Stay away from any brand that does not have the customers best interests at hand. I reported them and suggest you stay away from this brand for customer service ALONE.

My son brought me the pillow and the shoulder bag . The pillow is great and the bag design is fantastic I can't fault that but the stitching is awful , it started coming away within two days , also the shoulder strap needs a paper clip to keep in place, I didn't trust my phone in the phone compartment as popper was not secure. I've contacted your customer service team as you say to to be told it's only guaranteed for 60 days , they won't replace the product as my son ordered it in May to make sure it would arrive for my birthday in July . I used the bag for the first time on 29th September for my first overseas trip in 5 years by the 1st October the stitching on all the zip and the strap were unraveling. Your product is not what it's advertised as . It's very disappointing I would not advise people to pay this price might as well buy the Temu one your getting the same product at the end of the day.

Very satisfied with this product. It is vastly superior to the neck supports I have used over the years. I had one of the longest sleeps ever on a transatlantic flight. Their customer service is excellent also as I mistakenly ordered 4 instead of 2. They quickly responded to my emails and made it all good.

FLYHUGS has been a nightmare to me. You cheated me out of my $money. FLYHUGZ is in my opinion is wormy and a sleazy company.Zero stars. Yet you continually send me ads to DUMP my money into your awful business. You are a real piece of work. You did send my FLYHUGZ to the wrong address in a completely different state and did not correct YOUR mistake. The customer service is AWFUL. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON A COMPANY WHO GIVES YOU THE RUN AROUND AND KEEPS YOUR MONEY. EVIL BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I like that it rolls into an easy carry bag. However, it is very think and doesn’t really fit well on the neck.

Flyhugz says they will refund for any reason if you are not satisfied but they refuse to allow me to return my product, even though it's unused. Their website is misleading, saying that they stand by the product and will refund you if you're not satisfied. This is super infuriating. I purchased this because of the strong reassurance that I could return it if it wasn't right for me and now they are not letting me return.

Bought a fake one before, but the real FlyHugz pillow from their site is a game-changer.
