NO DELIVERY

Ordered beginning of August and still nothing received 3 months later. Rubbish communication. No delivery or refund. Why are they still taking orders if they have problems.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I wish I’d have read these reviews before placing my order on September 3rd. By September 4th, the money had already been taken from my account and I received an email saying my parcel had been dispatched. A few weeks later, I received an email saying I would receive the parcel on 30th October (delays due to COVID) but weirdly, when I contacted health monthly to ask where my parcel was and why there was such a delay, I got an email back from them saying they could not give me a date and just that there would be delays. I contacted them again a few days ago, and again got an automated response saying parcels were delayed due to COVID. If you’re reading this and placed an order that hasn’t arrived, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BANK- I got my money back within days, it was straight forward. DON’T ORDER from this site, it’s a SCAM!!!!

Avoid scam

Not The first time. I am gonna be completly honest in my review of health monthly. I made a order in the end of july. As i am writing this there is still no parcel delivered. The total order was about 40 euros. When contacting them i get a auto reply blaming on The corona virus. They say that i should wait 7-10 days Well Its now 3 months in. Its not The first time. Couple of years back They dident send anything at all but kept The money until i left a review then they pay back what They Owe. This time they just took The money and send same mail 2 Times. If your items dosent get delivered they dont Bother replying they keep The money and hope you give up. I got some of my previous orders from them but Its not ok to play dumb and blame it on a man made virus from China. I will never Come back to this company again. There are others More serious. Thats my honest story. Make your own choice.

Goods not received

Placed an order in September and still not received my good even though they have taken my money. Emailed customer service and got automated reply stating it’s Covid be patient and the best bit please don’t leave a bad review. They say it’s coming from the USA even though this was not stated upon ordering. They refuse to give me a refund but offered a voucher to redeem as a good Will gesture while I wait for my paid supplement. Why on earth they would think I would order again from them is incredible and basically stupid . I’ve now had to open a case against them through PayPal to get my money back . They should state quiet clearly that they are based in the USA and shipping times but do not this is miss leading especially when you take the money. Do yourself a favour don’t buy from HM may be cheaper but you don’t receive your goods !!

I'd have given ZERO stars if I could. Like the all too familiar horror stories below, AVOID this company if you wish not to waste your money. I ordered something from them at the end of August. It's delivery date initially was end of September. Then beginning of October. Then they said to WAIT 7 DAYS past the expected delivery date, IF product still hadn't arrived it would be considered lost in transit and I could choose between re-order or a refund. Now WELL PAST expected delivery date and this company are giving me the run around. They REFUSE to give me a refund as they insist my product WILL arrive. I raised it with Paypal, they are jerking Paypal around. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Order not received and very poor customer sevice

Please be advised for anybody looking to order from this company or provider. Like so many of the resent reviews I placed an order and have been waiting for more than 3 months for this order to be satisfied. After the order was confirmed as despatched. I have received numerous amounts of information from Carly (Customer Services), regarding delays from suppliers in the US. But you can still place an order for a delivery in 5 working days. I have had no issues with this provider in the past. Notwithstanding that statement I would advise people not to order from this company. I understand by the nature of this statemen I will more than likely not receive my current order, but if it stops people making further order from this company I will achieved the reason for writing this review. Good luck to you all, I hope this review is helpful!!
