Dreadful

Dreadful. Order never arrived. When I enqiured to chase it up, I was fobbed off. Suspect it was never in stock and a request for a refund was ignored. Bad experience.

NEVER AGAIN

NEVER AGAIN! Placed order on 2/8/20, email a few days later saying dispatched. I think they must be dispatching from Mars because by 2/10/20 still not received. Tried to ring, sent emails asking for refund but no response. In the end I had to obtain a refund from Paypal. Honestly, if they can't cope with orders, they shouldn't be taking people's money. Full of excuses about Covid. Here's the thing, Covid has been an opportunity for some internet companies to shine, not Health Monthly!

Quick update

Quick update. After asking HealthMonthly by email for a refund for my order that I placed on 19th July, 2020 - the great majority of which I still haven't received by 23rd October 2020 - and not getting any confirmation that they ever would refund me, I requested a chargeback procedure from my card-issuing bank, and they refunded me earlier this week. So, knock on wood, chargebacks still seem to work. I also made a report at Action Fraud UK with all the details of my order so other unsuspecting customers will not have to go through the same hassle. It's very sad HealhMonthy had to come to this. I remember they used to be a fine company. :(

Never would use this company again

Never would use this company again! I placed an order on 24.8.2020, the delivery estimate was 22.9.2020. I had to chase them for a dispatch notice, which eventually came WITHOUT a tracking number. The delivery date had moved to 1.10.2020. I cancelled the entire order and opened a dispute with PayPal. They told me that the supplier would either have to provide a tracking number or return the payment made. The dispute was solved in my favour. I never received the goods - which actually proved that the suppler had lied all along. They never dispatched the goods. Since I have recently placed a lot of orders online and they all arrived within a few days, I cannot accept the excuse of COVID-19.

Only part of my order arrived

Only part of my order arrived. I have not been refunded for the part of the order which did not arrive. Additionally, I have not had my email replied to regarding my refund or whether the rest of the order would arrive at a later date. They owe me around £20-30.

Do not buy from them! Ordered mid August and order has still not arrived.

Ordered over £50 worth of supplements in the middle of August and never received the items. Have been fobbed off via email and they haven’t got back to me regarding my request for a refund. Do not buy from them! So annoyed. If Health Monthly invested as much energy into issuing refunds as they appear to be reporting reviews they disagree with, the outcome would be much more favourable for everyone. Update: order arrived today-26/10/2020. Order took two and a half months to arrive. Never again.

This is my 2nd review

This is my 2nd review. Still not received my order - 22 days late. Still only automated replies to emails and Facebook Chat/Messenger and their phones shut down. On their website my items are "In Stock with 48 hours processing" If that is true then why I have waited 9 weeks? Are they going bust and just stealing from customers - makes you wonder.

Ordered in August still not received

Ordered in August still not received. Emailed several times but told Covid to blame . Please do not use this company at any cost . Buy from a reputable and reliable company , of which this is not one .

Not too happy. Since non-delivery of part of an order I placed with them in July this year I have had automated replies to my query but nothing more.
