Sales person was helpful and informative- we asked him lots of questions around price, colour, legs, cushions etc - we ordered our sofas and I am looking forward to seeing them in a few weeks - we even went back to the sales assistant a couple of times after ordering to double / treble check our sizing - really good service all around

Emailed the company requesting a brochure to choose the style, colour that for the sofa etc. Within a day or so brochure arrived. Am happy with the prompt service received. Am now in the process in ordering from the company,

We bought two Leather Hudson Tub Chairs a year ago. They were sold as aniline leather, and yet the arms have worn to an orange plastic-like surface. We contacted the company at the 9month point and were told that although the chairs had a 12month guarantee period we would have to have a leather inspection - apparently industry standard practice - and they suggested that it was a cleaning product we had used on them. Under 12months old no leather product should need a cleaning product or conditioning - Nor should leather wear away to an orange plastic substance if it is genuine, so I can only assume this was not aniline leather as advertised. No other solution offered and despite them offering the details of a leather inspection company 'that they use' the cost of an independent one was more than the value of one of the chairs. I will not be buying from this company again - or it's sister companies. Despite the response from the company, the problem is that there is a very thin surface layer that has completely peeled off, revealing a horrible orange surface. This should not happen with aniline leather, which the company insists it is. The cost they quote for inspection is from a company that they recommend.
