We ordered several leather samples to help us decide which one we wanted on our sofa. Often photos on a website do not do the leather justice and show their true quality. The samples were dispatched quickly and we proceeded to order a Burwood Chesterfield sofa in Vintage Tan Aniline leather.

I haven't received my sofa yet but the showroom and customer service experience has been good. The sofas on show are all really high quality and convinced me to put an order in on a Claridge 3 seater right away. The lad working was also really helpful. Left a star off because they were unable to do a price match with another website which was selling for really cheap. I decided not to risk lower quality and went with them anyway. Really looking forward to receiving my sofa and hoping it stands the test of time!

So far a great experience. I ordered a selection of fabric swatches whilst I was considering sofa options. I was really impressed with the speed they arrived. I have just placed my order for the Arundel sofa in Plush Mallard.

This chair looks good, however, the seat cushion migrates forward with each use and has to be constantly pushed back. I asked that a feather filling be provided to stop this, as perhaps the hard sponge filling was the problem, but was informed that constant adjustment was all that was required...

The total experience in dealing with The Chesterfield Company has been a total pleasure, the samples and brochure were received quickly and efficiently and I have now placed an order with them for a sofa and two chairs.
