Samples to help decide on sofa covering arrive quickly. So much better to see and feel the fabric. The samples were very close to the colour swatches displayed on the website.

This company have so much unbelievable furniture available, all great quality! Nathan was the main man, who sorted everything out for me in a friendly and professional way - so that my purchase was nice and easy!

Terrible company. After their attempts of blagging us on their 1st attempt at a “quality British product” failed they made the suite again. On receipt of photos we said not happy with foot stool . Guess what ? More blagging. We took delivery and tho it was better we come to the conclusion they was incapable of a “quality British product” and just accepted it . That said after all the myther and heart ache a courtesy call would have been nice . The foot stool is awful and the sofa isn’t wearing well at all (it’s about 3 months old) and I have no confidence in its longevity at all. £3000 wasted in my opinion and I am sure I will be sofa shopping again soon,just not there 😂.. Left a review and guess what ? No reply. Terrible company

Sent off for some leather samples. These arrived swiftly and well packaged. They are going to be very helpful in making any final decisions on furniture.

We visited the factory and shown various options. We were helped deciding on the appropriate leather. the staff were very efficient and friendly. The furniture arrived in the period stated and we are very pleased with the quality

I made a 1 and a half hour journey to visit to the showroom as I wanted to see the sofas in person. I was greeted by the owner who’s knowledge of the product was excellent. I needed the advice as there were variants in the material and finish. I purchased a 2 and 3 seater Chesterfield sofa and a foot stool. I would highly reccomend.

We travelled from Glasgow to the Chesterfield factory in January, in order to ensure our news sofas were manufactured in Britain and not shipped from the other side of the world. The staff at the factory were great and there were so many choices. The sofas have now arrived and we are delighted with them. They are very well made and comfortable. Highly recommended.

At the beginning of the journey but extremely pleased. The brochure is very detailed and the samples give an accurate indication of the different sofa finishes. The customer service department was extremely helpful in discussing what models were in their showroom as we are travelling quite a distance to visit.
