This company and Nathan have been a total pleasure to deal with..I ordered samples which arrived promptly and then visited factory and got excellent assistance with choosing a 2.5 seater two armchairs and footstools. Excellent service. The swatch samples that I requested arrived promptly. I then ordered a Chesterfield sofa on the phone rather than online as I wanted a small customization (different feet) and this was handled very smoothly.

After a year of deliberation I finally ordered a Chesterfield chair. Everyone I’ve spoken to over this time couldn’t be more helpful. Samples always arrived next day which is fantastic. A big thank you for making it a positive experience. Look forward to receiving my wonderful handmade chair.

Very happy with the 2 sofas I bought. They were delivered when i requested. The team at Chesterfield were helpful when i raised doubts about getting the sofas into my lounge and the delivery team were great.

After visiting the showroom and viewing the workshop 3 times over the past year we finally came to our decision. The staff were always so helpful and so finally we placed an order for 2 x 2.5 Woodfords and a chair. The order was was recieved on time and delivered with care. We couldn't fault anything and we were so pleased, however we requested to return the chair and with no questions asked as to why. We are now waiting for another Woodford sofa to replace the chair I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a beautiful quality sofa with lots of options to choose from and made in the UK.

I bought my Chesterfield sofa over 2 years ago and until now did not realise how beautiful the sofa is. Every time I look at it it brings me a sense of well-being. I still enjoy walking into the room and seeing it. It is one of my best buys ever and I'm so happy I bought it from this company. The customer service has been exceptional.
