Faulty Goods - Terrible Customer Service Bought 2 leather sofas. Beautiful looking & comfy. However there was a hole in one of the seat cushion covers on the 2.5str and the 2 str had a couple of faults - leather at the bottom edge was torn and leather on the arm had split - all these were noted on delivery back in February. Ended up having 2 Homecare visits as the 1st report was wrong ! More time off work for a second visit. Then told that the 2 str has to go back to the factory as the split on the arm could not be fixed at my home. Was told this would take up to 3 weeks. Chasing my sofa only for emails to go ignored until you chase chase chase - still not got the 2 str back, was promised it would be with the delivery team a week ago - now just been told it will be with the delivery team this coming Monday (5weeks on). Emailed to advise I will be taking this further if I do not get a date of return. Terrible customer service, not been offered any compensation for this awful experience or an apology ! Saga not over yet let’s see if I get my sofa back next week…..if not I will be taking legal advice 100% The Chesterfield Company you have let yourselves down badly - no quality control, poor customer service - you need to respect your customers we keep you in business ! Invest in quality control as my order should never have been delivered in that condition - both sofas !

Stunning appearance, quality workmanship.
I have bought a couple of 2 seater chesterfields from this company and they are a work of art and look simply stunning in my rustic cottage. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the length of time it took from ordering in January to them actually being ready in mid May. At time of ordering, I was told between 8 and 10 weeks.

Good service from being to end friendly and helpful…easy to order over the phone to sort bespoke requirements. Time estimates were good and the slight delay was explained early on. Delivery people went above and beyond so helpful! We also received two free complimentary cushions as an apology for slight delay. Excellent service! The sofa and wing back chairs are wonderful extremely good quality colour spot on and the leather smell is divine! Thank you

After much searching for a sofa, I came back to The Chesterfield Company. It took a while for delivery but it was worth the wait! We took delivery in January and it still smells of leather in the front room 4 months later. Supremely comfortable and incredible workmanship. Take a bow!
