Excellent customer service, helpful and efficient sales and delivery staff. High quality sofas, very pleased with the look and feel of my Chesterfield Balston/Balmoral sofas. I used to have 2 Chesterfield chairs years ago and when it came time to replace an ageing (not Chesterfield) 3 piece suite, getting new Chesterfields was my instant thought. Totally happy that I did.

Samples give much better colour and texture than images. Arrived promptly - but sadly 3 of 6 requested samples were omitted. Phoned to request, polite and pleasant response, further samples arrived.

From the first time I visited the show room to choose my sofa and chair to receiving delivery the Chesterfield Company have been very helpful and professional. The quality of the furniture is great, delivery was prompt and efficient. The customer service (Nathan) is excellent and are dealing with a couple of minor faults very quickly. A very good company to deal with.

I have been researching the chesterfield sofa's on the website for a few weeks now and found the website very intuitive. I ordered my samples and they arrived a little later than expected due to the royal mail postal strikes but when they arrived I was very pleased with the quality and information included. I have since then ordered my chosen sofa and fabric today and received a great customer service from Ally in sales - The Calvert in antique plush velvet turmeric. My sofa will arrive mid January and I am looking forward to receiving it.

I contacted The Chesterfield Company through their website which showed all the various types and colours of leather available. It was easy to select the samples I required and I received an email confirming my selection. I was notified when they were despatched. Unfortunately they took a long time to arrive due to poor service by the Post Office. In the meantime, the company checked whether I had received them. Very good customer service.

The company was very helpful from the start. They helped me choose the right shade of green by arranging a number of swatches sent to me. I picked a shade they do not normally use but they provided it. They managed expectation up to delivery. It included the time it would take for my sofa to be made, updating me at the point it was being made, when it was ready and arranging delivery. All as promised. I found their staff helpful, friendly and professional. My sofa is beautiful, the wait was worth it. It was a pleasure dealing with the Chesterfield company which produced a well made beautiful sofa for me.

I researched a lot on the internet before selecting this company. So glad I visited the showrooms; the guys were friendly without being overbearing and answered questions honestly. Keenan was great and very patient with us explaining the leather and the rubbing process. Additionally the frames are guaranteed for 15yrs which a lot of other companies don't do. You can also see the workshop from the showroom though it was not operating as we went at the weekend. I would recommend a visit to the showroom and am currently awaiting my Chesterfield being built so time will tell on the accuracy of their lead times etc. Not expecting any surprises though on current performance. Give them a go !

We visited the showroom in July and the shop assistant was very helpful and patient with us. We found the perfect style and colour. The ordering process was smooth and we are expecting our sofas very soon, having been notified they are now built and ready to ship. Recommended.
