A great training! Loved the content. The teachers are passionate about yoga, and take into consideration cultural sensitivities. The at-your-own-pace nature allowed me to complete the training successfully.

I had a great experience with my 2 trainings I did with My Vinyasa Practice. I did my 200 hr with some bonuses and another program with them. I like the layout. It had a nice flow to class. I would recommend them for sure.

I recently completed my 300 hr YTT with My Vinyasa Practice. I had an amazing experience. Michelle and her fellow teachers are fantastic. My training was online and I found the flexibility extremely helpful as I work full time. The student portal is very easy to use. Even since I gained my certificate I have revisited the site to study more of the very comprehensive series of lectures available. I’ve learnt so much and my confidence for teaching has really grown. I cannot recommend My Vinyasa Practice highly enough and am eternally grateful to Michelle and her colleagues for the experience I have had. I will definitely return to MVP for future trainings.
