4/5 Stars
The videos and lessons were thorough. Much history was touched upon, which I liked. The price can't be beat. But videos may have benefitted from more webinar style (text) inclusion.
200 YTT from Chicago IL
The experience with My Vinyasa Practice has been very enjoyable. The classes were organized and informative. I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested.
So much good information
So much good information, if you’re looking for an online training this is what I’d recommend.
MVP 300 hours YTT
This was my second time training with MVP. The content and support is fabulous. Definitely the best training experience online. The courses are affordable too. It really shines through that MVP are for the people and hold yoga values very high.
During Covid
During Covid, I looked around for affordable yoga trainings and found MVP. The price was way more reasonable then I'd ever imagined and the training was exactly what I was looking for. I loved being able to do it on my own time yet still have a huge support system for questions or to just talk things through for a better understanding. They worked with me, I've enjoyed the trainings and classes I've taken, and have recommended them to many people who looked to forward their education as well.
Authentic, Accessible and Affordable
I’ve taken 3 courses at MYP over the past 2 years including the yoga therapy training that they offer and have been absolutely impressed and satisfied with the education I’ve received. Both Michelle and Ana Pilar and the other instructors there share their extensive knowledge and experience with students true authenticity and provide a wonderful platform to promote and share yoga in an accessible and inclusive manner. I highly recommend MVP to anyone seeking growth in their yoga practice or wanting to learn more about the wisdom that yoga offers.
I suggest a way to make the video submission streamlined into the program.
I enjoyed the lectures but I wish there was a more streamlined way to turn in my 20 hours of teaching. I haven’t started because it is overwhelming for me to have to record and upload the classes to YouTube. One day I’ll get to it. But it would be great if something was offered more streamlined through the training.
Valuable & Generous
I find MVP is great source to build deep a comprehensive yogic background, the resources they provide & the backup support they give is what makes their training extra ordinary. Full guidance from experienced teachers, the full philosophical, breathing techniques, meditation styles that you gain by years of practicing instead they are all there for you in their training. You still can view all the new content & study after graduating which is great opportunity to stay up to date. I find them too generous in supporting & sharing their knowledge & experience with the yoga teachers.
My YTT was on my vision board for about…
My YTT was on my vision board for about 3 years. I’m a full time, working mom of 3 and I was never able to commit to an in person training. Last January, for the new year, I stumbled upon My Vinyasa Practice and was immediately drawn to the online option. It was so refreshing to be able to learn at my own pace and it allowed me to enjoy the process. The trainers are so knowledgeable, down to earth and broke it all down so that my learning was absorbed in a way that met my learning needs. They answered any questions as I traveled this rode and were so helpful in providing feedback. I received my 200 hour and I’m already going for my Trauma Informed Yoga certification. MVP has been such a blessing for busy people! I was able to succeed in doing something for “me” despite the busyness of life. I already have a job offer teaching Vinyasa at a local studio too! Amazing experience!
Positive experience!
I had a positive experience with MVP in obtaining my 200 hour certification, so I enrolled in my 300 hour with them as well.
