I loved the 300hr advanced training so much and learned so much more from this online course than I did on my 200hr, real world course, that I have signed up to redo the 200hr with MVP. Outstanding. Comprehensive. In-depth. Support based. Not money driven. 100% excellent and finally, a school with integrity and high standards. Cannot recommend highly enough. Michelle is an inspiration x

300-hour training with MVP

I took my 300-hour training with MVP. This training was hugely rewarding and really helped me grow as a teacher. I didn't think I would get so much from an online training, but actually there is more time to study, develop a personal practice and integrate new knowledge and skills into your teaching practice. I would recommend this school for any yoga teacher training. The training really gave me the opportunity to explore my identity as a yoga practitioner and teacher. There was a wealth of material to support learning and the trainers were supportive, open and inclusive. Thank you MVP ❤️

Quality and Accessibility!

I studied my 200-Hr YTT and have completed several classes with MVP and I can't say enough about my positive experience. They truly work hard to make their content accessible without compromising quality!

A great investment on and off the mat

Immersing myself in the My Vinyasa Practice community has been so helpful on and off the mat. I look forward to the time I spend listening to the lectures, and practicing the asana given. Each section is easy to navigate, and I do it all completely on my own time. My peer support person has been responsive and helpful 100% of the way. I am nearing the end of the YTT200 program and I have all of the confidence that I can hold a safe yoga class for everyBODY.

200 hr YTT program

I am currently taking my 200 hr yoga teacher training online with My Vinyasa Practice. There are plenty of online training resources (manual, videos, lectures, etc.) and one on one support. Program is easy to follow and you go at your own pace. Feedback received on my training requirements were quickly obtained and the tuition cost cannot be beat. I was concerned prior to purchasing that it would not be a great investment and I could not have been more wrong. I would highly recommend to others that completing their own yoga teacher training thru MVP will be well worth it.

My Vinyasa Practice offers great online yoga classes & Yoga Teacher Training

My Vinyasa Practice (MVP) offers a great variety of online classes including Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Flow, Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness. These classes are very reasonably priced. Classes in Austin are offered in the studio and include a weekly free community class. I recently completed MVP's online 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, which was an excellent experience. The online training includes prerecorded video lectures students can access at their convenience as well as online workshops that allow students to participate in a live discussion. Many students bring their own teaching experience to the discussions and share excellent resources. MVP recently launched a new podcast called "Heartfelt Consciousness" with topics including Mindfulness, Sound Healing and Resilience available on Spotify and Google Podcast. The first episode, titled "Travel Light with Baby Elephants," features an inspiring story about the calming effects of music on young elephants. MVP encourages a sense of community for students in the Teacher Training with a Facebook group, online study groups, and online office hours that connect students from all over the United States, Canada, Europe, and elsewhere. This has been a real benefit during the pandemic and will continue to be a great resource when we can meet in person.
