300 hour ytt

This is my fifth my vinyasa practice yoga course: 200 and 300 hour teacher training, heart yoga, trauma informed yoga, advanced anatomy. The tutors are compassionate, have a diverse in depth range of experience and their teaching is beautiful constructed. The online modules are accessible and just the right blend of reading, practice videos, lectures and reviews.

Great classes and Teacher Training!

I completed the online yoga teacher training with MVP and it was an excellent experience! The training was informative and gave me a great understanding of yoga from a well rounded and trusted perspective. The MVP team is wonderful. They are knowledgeable and are great at making your yoga experience about you and your body. I would gladly recommend MVP for anyone looking to earn yoga certification or even to take classes!

Thank you!

Thank you My Vinyasa Practice for allowing me the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of yoga and how to apply the principles to every aspect of life. I really enjoyed the supplemental material that would not have been available with other schools. Feedback on submitted work was delivered in a quick response time and always thorough, kind, helpful, and added to the positive experience I had with this teacher training. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and I am very grateful I chose this school’s teacher training. I highly recommend My Vinyasa Practice!

Best online experience

I did yoga teacher trainings (200 + 300 hrs) both online in 2020 and 2021 and until now I'm still enjoying the online events. I'm very happy and thankful for the opportunity the MVP team provides for the yoga lovers all around the world. The only thing I don't love about my online experience is the new MVP app. I definitely preferred the old app. because it would give me the ability to write messeges if I'd have any question.

Excellent and Affordable On-Line 200 RYT Training

I live in a rural community, and was referred to My Vinyasa Practice by a fellow instructor from another state. I was already teaching yoga with a Fitness style yoga certification, but wanted to go deeper. and obtain my 200 RYT. My problem was finding a school online that was reputable and affordable, since my schedule and my pocketbook did not jive with in person classes. I found the video instruction to be excellent and teacher support outstanding. During COVID-19 all their instruction was done remotely, so the quality was the same as in person. My practicals were submitted via video for their critique and feedback. At one point, visiting Austin, I came to the studio for a class and found the same standard of excellence there. Since completing my 200 RYT several months ago I have reached out with various questions and received prompt and helpful service. In addition, their very complete library of instruction and classes associated with my training are available to me from now on. I highly recommend MVP for all levels of teacher training, as well as for on-line or in-class yoga practice.

Very low quality

The closed captioning was terrible, the audio itself was low quality on the videos. Often video lectures were repetitive. Website was not clearly explained how to navigate, certificate of completion looked really cheap. Material was painfully dull to listen to. Sorry just not a good experience at all. To reply to MYP’s response below it clearly stated the date I began the course as January of 2022. After they apparently updated their video formats. I haven’t “graduated” because I could t get through the painful material. I’m open to a refund.

Just do it...

I loved that the training was self-paced, so I could fit it into my schedule. The information provided was rich with content and provided such a solid foundation on which to build my teaching repertoire. I would recommend MVP for anyone looking to deepen their practice. You will grow. You will learn. You will breath. You will become. -Hailee

MVP went above and beyond what I…

MVP went above and beyond what I expected for my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. I was hesitant to do my training online, but I was so pleasantly surprised with the delivery of quality content. I feel that my confidence to teach Yoga is strong. I am walking away not only with a well-rounded foundation but with practices that have been transformative for me in my personal life as well.
