I ordered coasters and received place mats. I now have to go to post office to return incorrect item, use my own packaging. They should have sent me packaging.

Products are lovely but it took 11 days to arrive, which in this day an age is really slow.

Products, as always, great. However (I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again) I cannot understand why GT charge £10 more(!) to deliver to the Isle of Wight. Previously I have been told that the courier used charges a higher rate. This time the order was delivered using Royal Mail. Royal Mail deliver to the IOW and do not charge more (or less) for their service to and from the island. We are not a backwater - we are a 40 min ferry ride from the mainland and Royal Mail bring vans full of letters and parcels daily. The only explanation I can think of is that GT are pocketing the extra postage because it is not costing them a penny more than posting to the mainland. Fortunately I have family on the mainland who accept deliveries for me but this means I have to wait until I next see them before getting my goods.

Gorgeous items and so well packed they even survived being thrown around the garden during a red wind warning in scotland! ( i hadnt made it home to take the package in)
