I haven't received either my items or a reply from customer services as to where my items are. I spent £100 and have nothing to show for it nearly 4 weeks later

The delivery service was excellent and everything arrived on time. The sideboard exceeded expectations, I’m so pleased with it and all the other items were great quality as always. Just waiting for one item on back order but the communication and updates keep me informed. Thank you Garden Trading. Would definitely recommend.

Great items all well made

Misleading photo of the Millbank concrete light. Took a week to arrive and was finished in some kind of smooth ceramic glaze instead of the more natural concrete look in the image. I suggested to Garden Trading's customer services person I would take it to Trading Standards as a misleading description), but a week later the same light is still being sold with the same photo. I can't be bothered with Trading standards, but this review is the consequence, I'm afraid.

Ordered a bin, sat for weeks waiting with no email to say it had been dispatched so called them only to be told it's out of stock. Why did it let me order if it was out of stock and how long were they going to keep my money? Put me off wanting to use them again

We purchased a garden mirror from Garden Trading a few years ago and were crushed when it got damaged in a recent storm. Our courtyard was not the same without it! :'( Fortunately we managed to replace it in the super January sale. It arrived in promptly and in perfect condition. Our little courtyard is restored!

The product looks as advertised and works well for me as well as looking attractive

I placed my first order with Garden Trading after being let down by another company and had a much better experience here. I contacted them after a delay in the despatch of my order and Lisa in customer services sorted it straight away. She apologised for the delay and arranged for it to be sent next day. The items arrived and the quality is brilliant too. I would definitely recommend them.
