I admit to being a fair-weather shopper of its annual sale but I am always delighted by the quality and design of its products

Goods when they arrived were great. But took over two weeks to arrive with very little correspondence and lots of chasing. Then two teams were out of stock and to wait again for a refund!! Disappointed customer, but did receive an apology eventually

Good quality and great designs

Great service. Delivered a week early, customer services rang ahead to organise a delivery date. The delivery staff were quick, friendly and helped brining it in and unpacking. Great price and the coffee table was really good quality. I am chuffed with it. Highly recommend!

I ordered in the Christmas sale some pompom garland bunting and some metal snowflakes for next year. They have arrived, beautifully packaged, and I'm really chuffed with the quality of the products. Christmas tree 2025 is going to incredibly stylish for sure!

Good communication and delivery timeframe

The butter dish was very good quality and arrived in time.

Garden trading were unable to fulfil the order due to “stock discrepancy”. This was very disappointing.

Good range of items, different to other online retailers, great quality delivery and I was looking for something quite vintage in style. Good price in the sale and delivery was quite quick

I read reviews, and I’ve often changed my mind about ordering from a company based on other buyers’ experiences…..depending of course on the severity of their issues. First time for me using this company. It’s been a good experience and the quality of the items is excellent except I’d say that the wall lights are very light grey and not as shown on their website. But overall I’ve had an acceptable experience and I would use them again.
