Not great! I placed my order on 11th December. It was a Christmas gift. I never received it so was very disappointed.

Ordered the Brading placemats and coasters, 3 sets of each. When they eventually arrived they felt damp and absolutely stank of mould. I left out to air thinking the smell might go but it didn’t. They also had a white residue in places. I emailed garden trading requesting to return . A few emails back and forth, then they stopped replying. I opened a case with PayPal and then I received a refund. I wouldn’t by from these again mainly because their customer service is so poor. And definitely don’t buy the brading range, jeez they smelt bad 🤮

Lovely oval platter and salad servers. Products were a present chosen by recipient. Collected from local post office which suited me better than home delivery. Well wrapped to protect ceramic oval plate which was exactly as description, lovely glazed colour, attractive finish. Wooden salad servers were a nice extra.

Glasses are lovely and arrived on time I’m very pleased.

The trifle bowl that arrived had a bubble in the base that looks just like a chip, so in my opinion shouldn’t have passed the quality control inspection. Recycled, hand blown glass has imperfections, which makes it both beautiful and unique, but in this case just looks faulty. I now have the bother of sorting it out and wanted to use the bowl at Christmas.

The only reason I have not awarded 5 stars is because the 2nd item was late in delivery and I had to contact the trader twice. The items arrived in good condition and look great by the wood burner - exactly what I wanted.
