Brilliant service. Reliable and prompt

Logs direct are great, not so sure about the carriers. I arranged with logs direct for delivery on the Friday after 11am, if possible, at 1.30pm I got a call from delivery people to arrange a delivery date!!! re-arranged(with the delivery company) to deliver on the following Tuesday they were happy to deliver between 11am-5pm Great! Logs arrived at 9am just as I was leaving home.

Logs are always excellent quality at a reasonable price, delivery is prompt and efficient and on the occasions I've needed to call, everyone I've ever spoken to has been thoroughly pleasant and helpful. Can't praise them enough.

Bumper load delivered next day

Great customer service from Rose who was super helpful and answered my questions very quickly. Delivery was super fast and in time for Christmas. Would most definitely use again, and recommend to others.

I have been using this company to supply logs for our woodburner for the last 18 months. The first delivery we had was on time, dry and exactly what we wanted - at a reasonable price. The delivery method they use has constantly got better, the logs were wrapped to the extent that the bad weather they were sat in did not get them wet and the wood was of good quality. I have always found them very approachable and whoever I speak to can resolve any questions quickly without issues.

They’ve really sorted out the delivery system, which is now much more reliable and predictable than other suppliers we’ve used. So good value all round.
