From order to delivery was very quick

This is the third company that I have used to purchase kiln dried timber for my wood burner. Logs Direct are as competitive as most similar companies and I am very happy with the quality of the logs supplied which arrived quickly and efficiently. I chose Ash on this occasion and the timber is good and dry, with a very low moisture content making the burn effective. The large pallet was well packed and Exactly as advertised so I’d have no hesitation in using the same company again next season. I also recommended the company to friends who ordered a similar amount.

Logs were fine, delivery poor. Driver never turned up on the day (i booked the day over a week in advance) and got a hurried call at circa 5.30pm on day to say sorry. Next day driver turns up and in his rush manages to run the palate truck complete with logs straight off the back of the lorry misjudging the speed. Glad he wasn’t injured, nor me and fortunately no cars behind to be damaged by the falling palate truck and logs!!

Quick and easy transaction. Item was then delivered quickly once ordered. Excellent all round. Recommended by a friend and I would now also recommend.
