Nothing went wrong with the courier delivery : they told me they had my parcel and delivered it the next day. BUT : Expert Verdict? First - they LIED to me by telling me my order had been dispatched - but they didn’t even have the product in their building……….!!! I know that because they told me in another email that they were waiting for more of that product to come in. THEN they told me on February 9th that my order had been dispatched : so - WHY did it take Expert Verdict SO LONG to get my order to the courier………..??? Exceptionally POOR service…………

Only one tub of the ordered two Flexicoat delivered. Order and packing paperwork, tracking and Expert Verdict site says order of 2 tubs complete. Courier photo clearly shows one package only enough for one tub delivered. Tried calling help line all afternoon but recorded message said all agents busy and then cut me off. Friday WFH? E-mailed customer service and received reply within 24hr saying missing product would be within 10 days. Missing product delivered within stated timescale. Response from Expert Verdict that enquiry line only open 5 days a week 9am-1pm seems odd when they are available by phone for orders 8am to 10 pm every day - customer service even when the error is theirs evidently a low priority. It is also worth noting that the automated response when calling the enquiry line does not say when the line is open but instead gives the usual fob off that all their agents are busy and then cuts you off. Yet to try the product as warmer weather needed because of curing issues.

products are okay. the delivery was a bad experience. drivers left 3 out of 4 parcels on the doorstep and just left. don't like Evri service. apart from one driver named Jamie he delivered the 4th product correctly.
