Not yet received table and chairs. Once I informed Expert Verdict I had not received the table and chairs they investigated the position and reordered them, I asked compensation for the inconvenience and was offered 10% I have since received £10.40 ? I also received a phone call from Scotts of Stow today to say the order was being forwarded to Hermes (who had mislaid the original order).

Ordered two items. One didn't come, the other didn't work. Chased up the missing item; was promised it would be resent. More than two weeks later, nothing had arrived. Chased up again. No reply. Chased up again. Finally arrived. Won't buy from them again.

The product arrived early the knife is well made and it does as it claims whether it will last long remains to be seen

We ordered the equipment, it came on time, as promised and does its job really well. What more can one ask? Thank you.

Efficient service and polite reply to my silly question

Product despatched quickly and efficiently. Delivery tracking info was good, but in practice item delivery was delayed on a false basis that I was not at home ( I was) and nowhere safe to leave ( I had specified where to leave if required). Tracking for next day did not seem to tell me much, but item was delivered safely next day. Hence only 3 stars.
