The radio is very difficult to tune in accurately. Then after a few minutes it drifts off the selected wavelength and has to be retuned. I can’t return it as I have disposed of the paperwork and packaging so will have to consider taking it to the local tip.Brian Sims

I had ordered the item originally in early November, in good time for Xmas. When it was not delivered, I contacted Expert Verdict who re-ordered. Again, the item did not arrive, so I hesitantly agreed to re-re-order and finally the item arrived middle of January. Relieved finally to receive my order, but reluctant ever to order from Expert Verdict again.

This might be an unfair judgement, as I left both items unopened - one because I could not believe that it would fit and didn't wish to risk being unable to return it, and the other because the instructions (which were so small they were difficult to read) did not seem to go with the item itself, with the result that I could not access the battery compartment. Both items are being returned. (Normally we are quite satisfied with purchases from Expert Verdict.)

What makes the difference between a good and great company? It is how they respond when there is problem. My experience - ordered torches and arrived ahead of time. Opened and missing the AAA batteries. Phone call to them - "ooops sorry will send out today". And as promised here they are. Well Done
