The process to purchase the shades was seamless and the delivery was fast. I didn't enjoy the shades soon after I received them because someone broke into my car and stole them. For the little bit of time, I got to wear them the day they were stolen I loved them.

I ordered these Liteforce Ray Bands…

I ordered these Liteforce Ray Bands from the store that was putting my prescription lens in. The store ordered the wrong frame claiming that the Matte Black frames were no longer available. I already have this model Ray Ban in polarized green matte black and loved them so much that I wanted my new prescription everyday glasses to be the same. While looking on line I found Frames Direct had the Liteforce Ray Bans in stock I called there customer service department and they confirmed they were in stock. I was directed to place the order online on framesdirect.com. I was emailed a conformation and a day or so later a tracking number. The order arrived and I am now wearing my favorite frames daily. Great service got what I ordered very happy with this company

Bad case sent two times in a row

For the second (and last) time, whoever packed my order intentionally sent a BAD case. First time, he sent a case that didn't fit the frame. He knew this at the time he packed it since the frame was placed on the case. This time, he sent a badly damaged case. The damage was clearly visible at the time of packing. It wasn't a damaged during shipping issue.
