Customer service was horrible and item didn’t ship for several days

Selection is great, shipping is costly

When unpacking the bottles we discovered the caps on both of the bottles are cracked.

EVERYTHING WENT GREAT.

Ordered a bottle of crown for a birthday. Google Shopping said it would be there in 5 days. Support said it would ship in 2-3 days after contacting them. It took them a full week to even ship it. The bottle didn't show up for a full 2 weeks. They charged almost $40 to ship a single bottle.

Waited nearly 2 months because 1 of 6 bottle of liquor were back ordered. One bottle was a little wet and there was a little leakage because not packaged on a professional matter compared with the 5 other bottles.

Just be careful with their replacement policy on very high end bourbon like Blanton’s!!! They will not take preventative measures to prevent leakage which causes damage to the labels! Wish they were more mature with customer service and taking care of their customers. Live & Learn!!!

Took almost a week to ship, then when it did ship, it was shipped UPS when my order said it would go FedEx. They ship from CA, which means it will be another week or two to get to me in Ohio. Contacted and they said they are a small family run business and they don't have alot or people working there. Sorry, but in today's world, you have to do better. Won't order from there again.
