I think there was a glitch in the system when you had a web site update, it lost my info about being a subscriber and for two monthe I was charged full price, But there was is problems, the money has been refiunded. Ordering on Jimmy’s website was straightforward and collection of parasol was offered, which saved on delivery costs. Used parasol on beach, it was sturdy, a great design, colour and it tilts too which is very useful. Thank you, really pleased with my purchase!
