Excellent service, any issues with delivery or the order it’s sorted really quickly

I’ve nothing negative to say about this company. I have a repeat order and get treated like a loyal customer with extra vouchers and the odd gift each month, plus a handwritten note of thanks. Great to have such a good family business here in the UK. I’m so pleased they are thriving.

Fast and efficient delivery of delicious coffee that takes no effort other than a stroll to the fridge to grab it! Also, best price I’ve found is buying direct from Jimmy’s!

How customer service everywhere should be. I had a slight issue with my order so called up said what it was, it was all sorted there and then by a really nice member of staff and new product was sent out to me arriving with a handwritten note, apologising for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, we can’t get frustrated too much by that, but it’s how well they get resolved that counts. Their product is great and their customer service is excellent. What’s not to like??
