This iced coffee tastes like watered down iced coffee. The main taste is water. Can barely pick up on the chocolate in the mocha and the coffee favour is non existent. Really disappointed especially given the price.

I’ve experienced the best customer service from this company recently…I had bought an iced coffee and didn’t think it tasted quite right (I often drink this and felt it was different to normal) I wrote an email and asked a few questions and Olivia reassured me that they would look into the batch that I’d tried. She also put my mind at rest about the holes in the lid which I hadn’t noticed before. She was so understanding about my concerns and to my surprise within a few days I had a package from the company as an apology…thank you Jimmys Iced Coffee Team you are fab!!

Coffee is delicious and the delivery is always on time. The little treats are always welcome too!

Lot less sugar than other big name brands and great value as you get a box free very tasty and definitely will keep purchasing them delicious

Recently purchased Jimmys ice coffee mocha, it's not bad but could do with being just a little bit sweeter although it's a lot better than Starbucks version of which is disgusting' but my favourite right now is CALIFIA Mocha cold brew coffee that's got the recipe just right so come on Jimmys up your game 😎
