I loved the product and had no problems with delivery except he left little time for me to get to the door(I am disabled) and was happy to leave package on the doorstep and let me take it in,with 24coffees it was too heavy for me, and he could see I walked with a stick. Coffee brilliant, delivery person lacking in sensitivity or manners.

I purchased a can in store of the Oat Flat White which was full of huge congealed clumps which was obviously very concerning after realising after already drinking some. I reported this via Instagram and the customer service was initially great with what I presume was the same coffee being sent out to me - unfortunately I wouldn’t know as it never made it. I have since wasted a lot of my time waiting in for a parcel that will never arrive, as well as spending my own money having to call DHL multiple times to no avail (yes, they charge for phone calls even when they deliver your parcel to the wrong address, and then when another parcel is sent since they can’t source the first one, they pretend to attempt delivery and email you every day saying it’s out for delivery when it never is). When I reported this back to the team, I was told there were very few complaints against DHL and I was the “rare few.” This sort of response completely ignores the fact that it has happened multiple times with DHL with me and still nothing has arrived after weeks. I gave an extra star as they did try to resolve this but by this point I have lost a lot of trust in the brand. Whilst I used to love these coffees, it is absolutely not worth it to ever handle DHL again and I feel others should be aware of this before they place an order. Ultimately a bad experience from beginning to end that left me out of pocket as a result.

Easy to use website. Good value, quick delivery & delicious product. Tried this from a shop on holiday in the cotwalds and was gutted when the same shop at home didn't stock it. So glad I can order it direct by the 12 bottle case. I get the iced mocha and it's delicious!
