Beautiful jewellary. Excellant delivery.

Nice jewellery however I did buy 2 pairs of earrings for myself (dangly) earrings. I put a pair on at christmas and luckily I hadnt left the house when one of them fell out. These should have the small rubber backs on them. I havent wore the other pair I bought yet but they are the same, they just hook on your ear with no back to keep them tighly secure. For the price of the earrings (they arent cheap) they should come with backs surely. Packaging is lovely and the chocolate is a nice touch, I do however think they need to look at this problem with the hook on earrings. I have a similiar type of pair I got from warren James and they have a small rubber back and thats adequate.

Ordered 6th December and not received by Christmas Eve!!

Bought earing from the company. The pin part of the earing came apart less than 12 months of having them. Sent photos to silver who refused to refund and said it was wear and tear! Buyer beware, I would never buy from them again

Purchase was straightforward. I e- mailed with a query as delivery was a couple of days longer than expected but i received a quick reply and delivery had arrived later that day .purchase is for a gift and presentation was excellent and the chocolate in the box is a lovely touch .

Arrived quickly- the chain was nice on the necklace not too fine - and can clearly see the silver hallmark
