Terrible customer service

I came across this company by googling sterling silver jewellery. I placed two orders of a few pairs of earrings and a bangle. One of the earrings broke after the second use. As it was only the second time of wearing them, I sent customer services an email with a photo of the broken earring. They asked me to send it back - I mistakenly thought they’d repair it free of charge. Instead they chose to ask for more money to send a new earring. They said they don’t do repairs- a bit silly in this day and age. What was more disappointing is the disregard shown to me as a customer - quibbling over £10.40 rather than wanting to retain customers. I regret ordering from them as I’m worried if something else goes wrong with the other things I purchased. It’s insult not great quality. I won’t be ordering from this company again and sadly wouldn’t recommend them.

Don’t bother my first order in June…

Don’t bother my first order in June arrived in time and was great. So I ordered again no show when I rang them I was in a que to find out where my order is and it cut me off to leave a message they are happy to take your money and now I can’t speak to anyone to find out where my order is.
