We have used Silver by Mail for a few years and find them friendly and love the products. Great presents. We ordered something recently and it never arrived. We contacted them and explained we needed it for a birthday present in a couple of days. They went out of their way to ensure the item was posted again guaranteed delivery. It arrived it time which was great. The missing items did eventually turn up, and we have now returned those to them. Would really recommend.

I’ve been a customer for several years and been reasonably happy with my purchases. My most recent purchase was a ring using silver and a yellow metal. Unfortunately the metal discoloured and the stone dulled. I sent a photograph to Silver by Mail which although only purchasing 4 months ago they wanted me to return the ring with proof of posting. I’m currently shielding and not able to go out. I did think under the circumstances they might have taken my word with photographic evidence and proof of purchase. I actually only wore the ring half a dozen times. Anyway it’s rather put me off purchasing from them again given no goodwill.

I have ordered several pieces from this company and all have been of excellent quality. There designs are different rather than same old same old. Love the little touch of the chocolate in the box too. Keep it up silver by mail. Excellent service items usually arrive within 2 days of ordering

Everything I have bought from this company has been of amazing quality and arrived within a reasonable time, packaged really nicely. The selection of products is amazing and prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend! I wear my ring every day and it is showing no sign of wear, and while all my other sterling silver rings (from accessorize, pandora and chamilia) do tend to bend and lose their shape slightly. I have ordered from Silver a few times and have always been pleased with both service and product for personal treats and gifts. However this last experience was very disappointing. I wanted a leaving gift for a close friend. 1. I ordered a pendant for nearly £50 but got £10 discount. Website said if I spent a further £2 I would get free postage but when I added gift wrap the postage was still there. 2. The website would not recognise my password to allow me to purchase. Fortunately it was at a time of day when I was able to ring and order over the phone. 3. When the pendant arrived I was disappointed. For nearly £50 worth I had expected quite a weighty piece. Although the pendant looked pretty like the picture it just did not feel like the amount of silver expected and I do not feel I have had value for money. I can't imagine my friend will think I have spent the amount I did. I will think very carefully before using this company again in the future.

Absolutely excellent customer service! I was given a beautiful silver swivel ring for my birthday but the size was wrong. Although I wasn't the purchaser of the ring, Silver By Mail agreed that I could return it for replacement. As I was going on holiday for a fortnight, I asked if they could delay sending the new ring to me and it arrived on the day after I got back, just as requested. I have a few products from this seller and am delighted with them all. The silver is of high quality, the designs are really good and as mentioned earlier, the customer service is second to none. Highly recommended!
