Absolutely lovely item for my daughter's birthday but someone can't read and sent me the wrong colour. I didn't have the time and couldn't be bothered with the hassle of returning it for the correct colour.

Emailed customer services and Beau replied and answered my questions and went above and beyond to help and be so very kind, I am truly grateful for his help and kindness. I was extremely unwell last year (which I didn't mention to Beau) but it brings me so much joy when someone is so kind and helpful, so thank you very much Beau, you made my day yesterday.

I bought a personalised cufflink case for my step-dad's birthday. As it was personalised, I was warned of the longer timescale so ordered in good time. But, despite expecting the case to come the following week, it came within a couple of days! Great product and great service - thank you!

I am so incredibly impressed with the customer service that Stackers offer. I bought a beautiful taupe travel bag with hanging space which I absolutely loved in December 2021. Sadly I recently had problems with the zip (May 2024), I called them up and they were amazing and sent me out a new bag immediately. It arrived today (thankyou). It shows they back the quality of their goods, but also shows to me, that they truly value their customers. I am so grateful. Again thank you!

Bought the large purse but very tight fit for iPhone 12 Pro max making it difficult to insert or take out the phone or use that side of purse for your cards etc. Would also have been nice to have a crossbody handle.

Love the colour and idea of the bag, however for the price I don't think it's worth it. I struggle to get my work laptop and charger all in the main compartment, it's pointless having the zipper area as whatever you put in just takes room from the main part. The cable tidy addition at the front of the bag, fantastic idea, however the room is very minimal, i put a foldable charger in there and it just looks disjointed but there's no other room to put anything else. I had such high hopes but not something I could use if away from the office and needing to take my work items with me, quite disheartening. But if you're carrying literally a laptop and a pen, its great!

I got my first two stackers for Christmas a few years back and was running out of room. I was surprised I was able to find another piece, same colour and size so easily. It is perfect and arrived very fast!

Quality and attention to detail dropped a lot! I ordered two taupe items to match the rest of the set. One is not the same color as the rest, a couple of stitches visibly loose.
