Item was damaged when it arrived so contacted customer service to provide support for return. Eventually got the qr code but been waiting ever since to get a response to emails asking for an update on when I will get a replacement or refund. Poor customer service.

Bought a travel jewellery wallet, these are often sold out. it arrived damaged a popper was broken off, emailed about this and never received a reply. The wallet is still usable but not secure for the ring holder part. really disappointed as wasnt cheap and two emails in Jan went un acknowledged.

Got a new layer for my older stacking set, looks great! Came super fast too.

I have mixed feelings about Stackers. In one hand, I love my two bags and, when I noticed snags on the rucksack after only one week of use, the customer service was excellent. They sent me a replacement immediately…but that one also started falling apart! I think it’s just poor quality stitching in certain places. So, I love my too bags but, for the cost, the quality was a letdown.

Would really recommend ordering from this company. They have some great quality products, mine unfortunately had a manufacturing fault. So i sent them an email with the fault and they sent a replacement out free of charge and it took 2 days max to arrive. Will definitely be ordering more things from here
