Awful experience with an employee
We were recently called by first energy. When they asked to speak to my husband and I said he was not available I was accused by the caller of lying and screening his phone calls. The caller would not explain what the call was in regards to and was incredibly rude. Very disappointed.

Poor customer service and inaccurate billing
I had chosen to have invoice based on actual meter reads but for some reason they did estimates. First month $200, second month $400 and then third month $600. Seriously $600 for one month. They took an actual read on the 15/11/19 which was approximately $600 lest than my last bill yet still charged $600. I sent photos of actual read on the 25/11/19 and was told the invoice will be adjusted. 16 business days after actual read or 7 days after my photos of read were sent in I still have not received an adjusted invoice. Very unprofessional. Tried a chat and took 33 mins until someone attended to me
