Tried to take over my electricity,put it in a new name and tried to claim our $1000 credit... shonky of the highest degree.....

Use of harassing cold calling call centres through personal information that has not been supplied to them is reason enough to give them a 1.

Very bad company they will say they have better discounts on there plans but they will actually rip you off they send me 3 months bill 650$ which before i was paying 400 I would never recommend anyone to join 1st energy
