Too expensive.

Service was friendly but trying to get my account closed off and back to my previous energy provider was such a hassle. Its taken over 2 months and moving house to find out nothing was changed, and a few phone calls having it feel like i did something incorrect.

I am going to have to change my provider. Sing on offers are very attractive but there is no reward for loyal customers. I rang 1st Energy and they told me there was nothing they could offer me. It is obviously best to just change providers every 12 months.
