I moved houses and asked them to keep…

I moved houses and asked them to keep electricity in both places until i'm fully moved out. I rang them back and told them to cancel the one i moved from. Nothing was done. I didn't check my bills just paid them but for some reason I looked at it this time and I have been paying both places for 8 months. They said they couldn't reinburse me as there was no note in regards to the cancellation. So I had paid for someone elses electricity. Not happy Jan. Will look for another provider as soon as I can

Still don’t believe we are saving money with after switching If anything we paying more The feed on traffic for our solar is on the low side for the market

customer service My only criticism is about the way one…

My only criticism is about the way one of your team spoke to me on the phone.I had been contacted by my now old company asking me to stay with them,which I did.Several days later I was contacted by a man from your company to try and get me back with your company.I was very ill that day and in no position to make an informed decsision.I told him this but it didn,t make a difference to him,he spent the next 5 minutes harassing,pushing and trying to make me guilty about my choice.I was so ill I was prepared to say just about anything to stop the harassment.This happened on may 5th and the phone number is 02 8974 1502
