Tiso was great in terms of the transaction and delivery. The rating is for advertising a product as premium with a reduced price. I bought Solomon boots advertised as reduced from RRP £155. I currently have some Solomon boots bought direct from their own website for a similar price to that RRP. The boots from Tiso however are like fake Chinese knock offs. Everything from the insoles, construction, sole tread design and material is cheap by comparison. The boots are ok (though not wet weather tested yet) for the price paid, but definitely not the product that Tiso's website RRP suggests!

Having gone into Tiso Aviemore for breakfast, both my husband and I had a look at the footwear section. We were assisted by Chantal, whose knowledge and experience picked up immediately on our various gait and posture issues. After her spending very patient time with us, we purchased items which have helped immeasurably already. Many thanks to Chantal for her advice - if it hadn’t have been for her, I’d have purchased walking shoes for their colour/style as opposed to the ones I bought which now make walking more comfortable and efficient.
