Usual great service Great filters that really do the job!

Quick service, great advice on the phone to replace an old filter casing that was stuck. Bought two new resin packs to keep the new unit going for another year.

Ordering and delivery were fine but I've stopped getting reminder emails and they have stopped replying to emails don't know why for either. UPDATE... I now know why they have stopped sending reminders it sems they can't be bothered however I don't know why they still don't reply to emails probably for the same reason. It even took over a month for the reply to this
