I have previously been a satisfied customer, but my latest order wasn’t such a satisfying transaction. 1. I ordered a replacement twin lever tap (previous tap started leaking) with my filters but received a single lever tap, which I will have to make do with rather than go through the hassle of returning it. 2. Shipping used to be free via 2nd class post, which I was quite happy with to keep replacement costs to a minimum. On this order it was a whopping £14.94 via Fed Ex, with no alternate shipping choice.This makes filter changes an expensive hobby. If it weren’t for these 2 gripes I would have awarded 5 stars, because the equipment does a very good job eliminating chemical taste and limescale. No floaters in cups of tea!
