This star rating is for the delivery. We have not yet tried the product, but having ben a client for good number of years,I am sure they will be fine. Not Pureflows fault, but the delivery was made when there was nonone at home. It was a bit of a shock to find the local P.O. opens from 9.00 to 10.00!

Just the carbon filters. Avoids wasting plastic so good.
