Over 3 weeks after I placed the order I am still waiting for the delivery. 1 week after placing the order received a "dispatch" notification. A week went by no delivery. Was then promised that the replacement package would be sent. Over a week later still waiting. Good job

Excellent service, have been using pureflo for years, probably near 20 years now, first bought from a shopping channel, so bought with no risk, and over the years, have had no problems with ordering of the filters, have always arrived within 5 working days. Have just replaced our tap, not bad going for the times it is used daily over all those years.

The filter system looks great but cannot install due to incompatible parts with my connections and the ones received. Items don't match the photographs on website. Have sent messages and emails but NO response from the company.
