I heard about Techcenter from a friend…

I heard about Techcenter from a friend and i'm glad i used their services. My laptop's speaker had a major problem and they connected me with a technician who helped me fix it right from my home office. He patiently worked me through the entire process. Although, i might still need to use them again since my laptop is currently lagging.

Long story

Long story, here’s the end, I am extremely grateful to the technician, Garrick at The Tech Center in Danvers! Yesterday, I broke the charger off in my laptop, Sunday afternoon! I called the Tech Center and spoke with Garrick. He said I could bring the laptop in and he’d see if he could get the broken piece out of the port, he also explained that the port could be unusable afterwards, and he gave me a quote for possible charges. When I got there Garrick had two projects on his docket which had to be completed first, completely understandable, and said to leave the laptop and come back in an hour. When I got back, the laptop was fixed and charging, Garrick went above and beyond on a busy day when he was the only tech on duty, and I’m grateful that he did.

Good experience..

Owen was extremely helpful and seemed knowledgeable. Fixed my speaker problem and ran a diagnostics. However, my laptop still seems to be slower than my husbands, who sits next to me at the desk.
