I recently purchased some Kate spade file folders-they arrived in great condition, but what I noticed first of all is the fast service! I have a couple of other vendors that I use that have fast service, too: JetPens and Ellen Hutson, along with Daniel Smith art supplies. When I enjoy this kind of service, I tend to come back, over and over. Thank you for your service, and follow-up!

I ordered my items online, and the hardest part of that was choosing which items to order - I wanted everything! Once I placed my order, someone reached out to me via email immediately just to confirm my shipping address. I received my items in just a few days, and everything was in great condition. Great service and I can't wait to order again soon!

The company had a NO RETURN POLICY. I totally understand that, however, I requested my order be cancelled DAYS before it even shipped. They refused to do ANYTHING at all to help me! False advertising! Their only recourse was"we're sorry you're not happy. We've had this problem before so I guess we need to work on the wording". That was it!!!!!

My binders came in a timely manner. One was in great condition but the other was damaged. I'm so upset. They are so cute.
