Shipping was pretty quick (although I didn't receive a notice once the order had shipped) and I received my full order within a week (4 business days). I also received a handwritten thank you note with my order - Nice touch! I love the products, all well made and high quality. Nothing felt or looked "cheap". I will definitely order from them again and recommend them to colleagues.
