I wasn't aware that there was no stock on hand. When I contacted the store, they told me the stock was being made in Thailand and wasn't due into warehouse until late June.

Great product, well made with quality materials, easy to fit.

I am generally happy with the product that I have received, I think that the base profile should be changed to better follow the lines of the tub but other than that I am very happy with the canopy. What I am not happy with is; I purchased my canopy online only a couple of days before the EOFY sales were advertised, who would think a $500 discount would be applied to an accessory for a new model vehicle. I then contacted you through the messenger service which indicated that responses are usually fast. I was hoping that you could have offered me some discount on the canopy purchased or on other components to meet the advertised price. Considering my product had not been finished/started or sent to dispatch I think it would’ve been reasonable service to at least provide a response to my query? I guess I could’ve just cancelled my order and then resubmitted it at the reduced price. There was an indicated delay in supply of 5-6 weeks but it appears my order was fast tracked after my enquiry. I have other components to buy but am second guessing if I should stick with you guys if follow up service will be non existent.

Have been trying to get some replacement rubbers for my canopy, the side ones have shrunk and keep falling out, and the tailgate rubbers have gone hard, Started with a phone call about November, was suggested by the operator that I take photos and email them which I did.( the model no and serial number didnt seem to make any difference) heard nothing made another phone call they hadnt received my email so i sent it again. Asked about the rubbers but was told again I had to show photos. waited for a return call/email no reply. Called again a couple of months ago, was told yes your no and email are in the system, Asked about availability of said rubbers. Then was told by the operator that the production team would have to be asked about them. As of this date still waiting have heard nothing back. Poor communication whilst I like the canopy , there is no way I would recommend them. Not impressed pushing the Aussie company side, if this is the attitude I would have gone elsewhere.

Ordered 2 new keys for canopy online. Process was very easy and delivery was quick. Would definitely use this site again.☆☆☆☆

Had a small issue with tracking numbers but was very quickly resolved when I rang and spoke directly to an EGR rep. Delivery time was great. Absolute quality product (dust seal kit). The only downside was that my Isuzu D Max already had drawers installed which meant that the instructions were of no value, had to come up with a method to install. My X-Terrain ute also has tailgate struts so only 3 of the 4 bolts can be used. I think your engineers need to come up with a template so that you can drill from the outside. I say again, the product is very well made and I would strongly recommend.
