Delivered to the wrong address with no tracking or postage notification! Packaged poorly scratched in transport really unhappy to have paid such a premium price for such poor service

Great experience from ordering to installation. The team at EGR were brilliant to deal with. Once the order was placed, the communication about getting it installed including phone calls and emails was clear and helpful. The products are top quality. You get exactly what you order and what it looks like on the site. Josh and Michael were wonderful to deal with.

Looks great, outer fitment really good. Old tonneau replaced quickly. Great service. Slight issue with the release mechanism as it needs to be a down and right double motion as one of the springs isn't quite at the right tension.

Great product, easy to install and sent quickly. Really happy with it all.

Perfect hard top for me

Parts arrived sooner than expected and fitted.

I haven't had a chance to have a proper look yet, however the box was partly open when it arrived. I just hope nothing has been lost.

Order placed over a month ago. Only contact has been from my side. Been assured that order is being processed etc but I’m doing all the following up after not having any communication from their side for 2-3 weeks at a time. At this point, without some miraculous turnaround, I’d struggle to recommend these guys to anyone. They’ve now had 2.5k of mine for a month and I have nothing to show for it aside from a confirmation of order placed email. Not good enough.
