I received my purchas but i was missing some nuts n bolts to put it together, i,ve emailed then i phoned got through to a nice ladie On phone and she was very helpfull But i,m still waiting for my missing parts hope they turn up soon , Regards Neil

Quick delivery and excellent product

well actually, everything was great apart from the pictures on their web site ! it is a little confusing because my ute has a cabin guard BUT the picture is exactly the same for a ute that doesn't have a cabin guard, the wording was right but some people really take notice of pictures and if the pictures are the same for a different product it can be very confusing, which is why I had to ring up and clarify over the phone and the elderly woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful.

I bought a new Triton and 3 months later it arrived on time at the end of October. My genuine (EGR) canopy however was not to be found anywhere and didn't get fitted for another 6 weeks. I was and still am unhappy with it. Basically it is on crooked and flares out on the right side more than the left. I have been back to the dealer twice for them to rectify this but despite their best efforts the canopy is still crooked. After complaining to Mitsubishi in Adelaide, EGR agreed to look at it at the dealer so 3rd time back the EGR rep told me "That's normal...see...my own service vehicle is like that....so it's normal". I have checked many other Tritons with EGR canopies and it would appear that EGR cannot make the canopy follow the panel top rail as most other canopy makers do. I'm still asking Mitsubishi to intervene. I would like a full credit and go and buy something that fits. BTW The rear glass also hangs on angle but apparently "That's normal too" 😡

Recently I required new locks on the side and rear window of my EGR Canopy. I spoke to a couple of different customer service people, and the service I was given was brilliant. Would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.
