Honestly couldn't have asked for a better service! Kathryn has been absolutely amazing, approachable and always on hand to give updates or answer any queries. I started the mortgage process with a different mortgage advisor and company that seemed to make the whole process very confusing and after 2-3 months made getting a mortgage impossible. I spoke with Kathryn 10 days ago about my situation and have already had my full offer back with no issues what so ever.
